To think people couldn’t get any dumber, a couple in Georgetown we’re arrested when they were found in connection with tattooing a 13 year old girl. The parents of the child had only recently found the tattoo. and notified the authorities. The Georgetown couple is charge with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, which carriers a 1 year jail term if found guilty.
I could only imagine the tattoo being a ” I heart Justine Timberlake” tattoo…. heheheh. Well I’m expecting the young lass to be grounded till she’s 18 and her pocket money used for Laser removal treatment. MUWHWHAHHAHAHAH
