A Tattoo artist from Church Hill, Tennesse has been arrested for tattooing and body peircing a 15 year old girl.
I don’t think it’s such a smart thing to be doing, the risk out way the benefits and no matter what happens their parents are going to find out.
It’s a can of Whoopass that’s only going to blow up in your face.
